Terms & Conditions

1. All items are sold, "as is, where is" and the auctioneer makes no warranties whatsoever, implied or otherwise.  All sales are final.
2. Purchasers shall be responsible for removing all merchandise from the premises at their own risk and expense.  A storage charge of $5.00 per day, per item will be assessed after 5 days.
3. This is an open oral auction.  Bidders can be recognized by raising their bidder card.  Any dispute between bidders will be settled by the auctioneer and the auctioneer's decision will be final
4. All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction. We accept cash, checks, (with proper identification). and all major credit cards.
5. All purchases are subject to local and state sales taxes.  Tax exempt individuals and businesses must present a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of purchase.
6. A 15% buyers premium, (20% for internet purchases), will be added to all purchases.
7. Kuehnert's is not responsible for any purchases not picked up within 5 days of purchase.
